From our inception, our mission has been to make every organization in the world a social enterprise, and we see no better way of accomplishing that than by partnering with churches and faith-driven individuals in more effectively carrying out the Great Commission together. Whether improving organizational effectiveness and workplace culture to designing meaningful business solutions and processes, we bring vast global expertise to uncover transformational opportunities and growth through the power of mission and impact.

Our Founder
Daniel Vales – Founder and President
For over a decade, Daniel's passion has been helping
organizations and individuals all over the world to form strategies that optimize their effectiveness in accomplishing their mission and meeting business goals. Daniel is a global entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, and coach who has dedicated his life to helping churches, businesses, and individuals optimize their effectiveness in meeting their goals. His expertise comes from studying under the top global business minds at HULT and Harvard Business School along with years of experience in strategy, management consulting, and financial advisory. He has led dozens of cross-cultural teams in helping public and private sector organizations across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Daniel's strong belief that strategic solutions can increase performance, improve organizational culture, and impact peoples' lives in a meaningful way led him to founding SILVALES.
Leadership, partnership, and deep-rooted faith in God have always been key values in Daniel's experience, and this gave him the firm conviction that there is no better way of seeing a better tomorrow for our society than helping empower the Church and its faith-driven individuals in this next wave of social entrepreneurship.
Daniel's family is originally from Portugal, and he has lived in New York City, London, Portugal, Boston, and Miami. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Daniel is passionate about giving back to the community. He volunteers his time and expertise to several non-profit organizations, and his dedication to making a positive impact on the world has earned him a reputation as a true leader in the industry.
